ALLIED NOTE TO GERMANY. EVACUATION OF RUHR. CONDITIONS ANNOUNCED. BY CABLE—PRESS- ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received Mav 13, 10.45 a.m.) LONDON, May 12. It is understood that the Allied Note to Germany in regard to disarmament is lengthy, and that it fixes the ■withdrawal from the Ruhr for August, provided Germany .continues to fulfil her obligations under the Dawes scheme. It does not fix a date for the evacuation of Cologne, which will entirely depend on Germany’s action in respect to disarmament. Reuter.
