SATURDAY’S RUGBY. SOUTHERN POSTPONEMENTS The senior Rugby match, Hawera v. Inglewood, set down for decision at Hawera on Saturday next, has been posponed until the end of the round on account of the Egmont races now falling on Saturday. All other senior matches will take place according to schedule. In the Southern division all first, second and third junior matches set down for Saturday have been posponed until the end of the round. WELLING TON N OMINATIONS. , FOR. N.Z. TOURING TEAM. The following Wellington men have been nominated for the New Zealand Rugby team: Porter, Svenson, Walters, "Goodall, Thomas and Hawkins; Wairarapa, J. Donald, Booth, Jury and Fair brother. M.ID-WEEK COMPETITION. Two matches were played yesterday, in both of which good football was shown. Fraser Road beat Wh'a.reroa by 14 to nil and Tokaora drew with Normamby, 3 all. Messrs. Chapman and E. Hmrlev were the respective referees.
