TRAIN AND TRAILER COLLIDE,
A FATAL OAI.ISSION. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received May 13, 9 a.m.) BERLIN, May 12. The Basle express dashed into a trailer of a char-a-banc at a level crossing at Rothmalsch. Eleven people were killed and five were injured. The victims were male choristers going home after winning a prize in the local competition. The accident was due to a signalman omitting to close the gates. —Reuter.
