RENDERS are invited by the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Wellington for the Sub-lease of 420 acres, being Section 1, Block 15, Opaku Survey District. The land is situate on the Okahutiria Road, about 7 miles from Kohi, and 10 miles from Waverley, and is suitable for sheep or dairy farming. The term will be for 5 years or nearly, commencing on the Ist day of June, 1925„ or shortly thereafter. The sublease will contain a e right of renewal for a further 5 years at a rental to be agreed upon or, failing agreement, as fixed by arbitration. Tenders must be in writing on forms to be obtained from the Reverend Father Phelan, Roman Catholic Presbytery, Patea, and from the solicitors and newspaper offices mentioned below, and must be deposited at the said Presbytery not later than 5 p.m. on the 25th day of May 1925.
