LONDON, May 7. The three who were arrested in connection with the Strand affair are described as waiters. William Gearing, aged 18. Frederick Carnv, aged 17, and Claude Hunter, aged 19, were charged with stealing a motor car at Painewick. The accused were most affected at learning of their com panion’s death.
