The Dominion Meteorologist reports that for the 24 hours from 9 a.in. today the indications are for southerly winds, moderate to strong. "Weather probably cold and changeable, with scattered showers. The night will probably be very cokl. Barometer rising. Sea considerable ; tides moderate.
