An emergency meeting of the Lawn Tennis Association terminated the’ suspension on Jacob' and Eyzee, the Indian Davis Cup players. .The discussion was a prolonged one. When a deadlock seemed imminent the representatives of Australia. New Zealand and South Africa intervened, and submitted a resolution, which was ultimately carried,' that in view ol the All India Association’s acceptance of the English Association’s jurisdiction in the matter, and Jacob and Eyzee giving the undertaking required, ’the suspension forthwith. be terminated.
