What is regarded as a record bag of ducks for New Zealand, for two days’ shooting, was seenrect by Mr A- G Potters-party which included Messrs H. Heath. A. E. Cave, and S T Tis of Hamilton. There were twelve guns m the party altogether, and the total result of.two days’ shooting wds 523 birds. .The ground seleetiSl for operations was Mr Potter’s own property in the vicinity of Otaua at Port Waikato.
