BY CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT
NEW YORK, April 29. The fear that Hindenburg will begin to. build up a gigantic military machine in Germanv is expressed by Mr James Gerard, United States Ambassador to Germany during war time. In a statement to-day he declared: “Europe will become once more an armed camn if Hindenburg remains in Kower. If I were a German I would ave voted for Hindenburg, as he will unite the factions of Germans, put down the Reds, face the Soviet, and raise he’l with the Allies.” LONDON, April 28.
