(Frou Our Own Correspondent.) GIRLS' HOCKEY CLUB. The annual meeting of the Givis’ Hockey' 4 Club was held last Saturday night,' n hen the following members were present: Rev. D. Smith (presiding), Mrs. J. Young, Misses G. Bennett, M. Ransom. A. Young. A. liosie, M. Simpson, B. Hill. J. Hill, and D. Hotter. The following were appointed off iler.s for the ensuing year: President, Mrs. .James Young;' vice-presidents, Mesdomes W. Hill, W. T. Wells, A. Mitchell, T. Hotter, S. Bennett; club captain, Miss J. Hill; vice-captain, A. Young; selector and coach, Rev. D. Smith; secretary. Miss B. Bridge; management committee, J. Hill, A. Ber.vl, A. and G. Bennett. The subscription was fixed at 3s per member. The first practice will take place next Saturday, May 2, at the Domain. Votes of thanks were passed to the chairman, also one to the lire brigade lor the use of their meeting room. The meeting was *> mqst enthusiastic one and pomts to a successful season.
