Members ••ocifernosly applauded the speeches of the wounded Premier and Ministers, especially General Vulkoff, Minister of War, who was lamed bv the bomb. Many members- had their heads bandaged. The British Labour delegation, now returning to London, have arrived from Sofia, where they witnessed the cathedral outrage iscen.es. Mr. J. Wedgewood expressed the opinion that the outrage was due solely to dissatisfaction on the part o.f all the apposition elements with Za-nko miilitary dictatorship, which has been arresting and executing opponents without trial. TEMPORARY INCREASE OF ARMY. PARTS, April 22. A conference of ambassadors granted Bulgaria permission to increase the army to 10,000 till the end of May.
