12,000 ARTISANS ON STRIKE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT DELHI', April,2o. Twelve thousand artisans engaged at the Lahore and Ki*‘achi centres of the North Western Railway struck for better conditions. A thousand men were dismissed and. the Karachi workshops closed. New workers are being engaged. A narmal train service is being maintained by loyalists.
