This question will he decided by ballot. The question you have to decide is: “How many tickets to buy?” Each ticket costs half-a-crownj and lias 386 chances of winning prizes* That is to say, it may win the whole £4OOO. On the other hand, by investing £l, you get nine, tickets lt (an additional ticket free), and the chances of winning prizes are increased proportionately. Tickets for the Gigantic Cricket and Tennis Art Union are being sold by leading tobacconists and retail shops, or you can send your cash with a stamped and addressed envelope direct to the Secretary, Mr Roy S. Johnston, “Gigantic Art Union,” 31 Hunter St., Wellington. The Bank of New Zealand holds the gold, and the trustees for subscribers are Messrs C. E. Clark, J. H. Kirk, J. A. Redpath, jun., D. Reese,. A. Sims, and G. T. Weston—men who are well known throughout the Dominion. Results will be advertised in this paper immediately after the drawing.*
