One of the most enthusiastic members of the Hay-era Bowling Club and it may be added, one of tue most'successful, .is Mr. O’Gorman, ; Rawera’s popular postmaster. If will interest oowlers to know that he has been an enthusiast for years. Among his trophies are the medal for the West Coast championship pairs in 1996 at Greymouth, gold medal for singles championship of Westport Club on three occasions, and also one at WocdviLle. He was, since coming to Hawera, runner-up jn championship singles at Hawera, and l . he is keenei than ever on the game.
