The Taranaki Methodist 8.-C. XJnion, although acceding to the request, of the Health authorities not to go into camp, is still determined to carry on within the imposed restrictions. Special services wil ! be held throughout Sunday in the Hawera Methodist Church. These will be attended by delegates from centres between Wanganui to New Plymouth. The morning service will be conducted by the Rev. W..J. Oxbrow, president of the union.. This will be followed by a monster B.C. rally at 3 o’clock, at which the speakers will be Mrs W. W. Avery and' the Rev. E. B. Chambers. Tea wi’.l be provided by the Women’s Missionary Auxiliary at 5 o’clock. In the evening at 7 o’clock a real camp service will be held by the travelling organiser of the movement, Mr Cyril Burton, assisted by members of the union. Supper will be provided ior visitors.
