HIDE AND SKIN WORKERS OUT. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT, Received April 8, 10.45 a.m. DELHI, April 7. The hides and skins trade in Bengal has come to a standstill owing to a strike of 4000 workers of all grades. This is the first instance in an industrial strike in India in which clerks have joined the artisans. —Svdnev Sun Cable.
