Sir Thomas land Lady Mackenzie expect to arrive in New Zealand a.t the end of June, after having been /a year in Britain. Lady Mackenzie has not yet been completely restored to health. Sir Thomas Mackenzie,, in an interview, said: “My enquiries .suggest that New Zealand products are not likely to advance in price, except wool, bub if mutton, and lamb maintain tlieir present prices, it will be aft much as. we can expect under the existing conditions in Britain. One result of war-time association has .been to familiarise' Frendh, Belgians and Italians with our products, and they are now taking considerable shipments. “T. believe the Dominions have in Mr. L. S. Amery a Minister whose heart and soul is in their interests, and I am confident he will go as far a« the limits of Mr. Baldwin’s election pledges will admit in reciprocal preferences with New Zealand. In developing migration it only needs the extension of the present fine coordination with Britain as fully a® possible in selecting and training land workers, carpenters, masons and other artisans, and we can secure all we want.’’—.Sydney Sun Cable.
