Received April 7, 10.15 a.m. MELBOURNE, April 7. investigations by the police into the circumstances of the finding of the body of Philip Willcox partly submerged in the Narracan Creek, near Aloe, have led to the opinion that he was the victim of foul play. When the body was 1 found there was an ugly wound on the forehead, which is believed to have been inflicted by a sharp instrument. A purse containing money was found on the body, and a double-barrelled shotgun, loaded in both chambers, was found in the cart nearby. What are believed to be bloodstains were discovered on the triggers and stock.
