Representatives of 21 signatories to the treaty, including the High Commissioners. were present at the opening meeting of the International Air Commission during the morning, at which Mr Stanley Baldwin presided. In the evening members attended a dinner given by the Government, the Undersecretary for Air (Sir Phillip Sassoon) presiding. Fie welcomed the opportunity for discussion on aviation with the Dominions, and emphasised their determination for co-operation on . all occasions.—Reuter.
