ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
INJURIES END FATALLY
(BT TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION DARGAYILLE, April 3
The young man, D. Hook, who met with a serious accident at. Ruawai dairy factory early last month, by becoming entangled in the belting, succumbed at the hospital to his injuries last night. It was found necessary to amputate a leg a fortnight ago. This, and the serious injuries received at the time of t,hq accident, proved too much for the deceased, who was a well known athlete.
