WELLINQTON, April 2. The Wellington Trotting Club opened its first autumn mooting to-day in fine weather. The track was in good order. The attendance'was good and the meetiiio- was most successful. Won by three lengths, three lengths between •second and third. Time, 2.57 3-5. Xainai Handicap (saddle), one mile and a half. —5 Rostrevor, 1, 3 Grace Grattan 2, 4 Sunny Jim 3. Won by a length, two lengths between second and third. Time, 3.32 1-5. Free for All, one mile and a half.— 3 Logan Chief 1. 6 A cron 2. 1 Sheik 3. Won by two lengths, half a length between second and third. Time, 3.17. Armstrong Handicap (in harness), two miles.—3 Dalnahine 1, 1 Locanda Mac 2. 4 Dreamalion 3.
