Ellen Hall, aged 71, fell 20 feet from the balcpft.v of Chalet Private Hospital on Wetihesday. sustaining injuries to her head, which resulted fatally. Yesterday afternoon, at the inquest, it was stated that she had been in illhealth for 12-months, and was admitted , to the hospital on March 26. She was * seen by the night nurse at 1 a.m. on Wednesday. The nurse left the room, and five minutes hater heard groans and found the -Woman on the asphalt footpath below. The deceased had stated to a doctor that she had felt sick and dizzy, and had gone to the balcony for air. A verdict of accidental death was returned.
