Received" April 3, 11.20 a.m. TOKIO, April 2. The military' air force, which hitherto has been recruited from all arms, is being separated as from May Ist under a plan for approximately doubling it. in the next six years, at the same time abolishing four army divisions. The actual personnel reduction will be under five thousand. Combined manoeuvres are planned .for mid-April for the purpose of studying the test means of warding * off naval and air attacks on Tokio.- —Renter.
