OFFICIALLY SETTLED. (BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCI AT 'ON• WELLINGTON, April 2. The regrettable occurrence known as the “Brownlie incident” in connection with the test match with England was settled officially last night bv the management committee of the New Zealand Rj’igby Union, when the following motion was carried: “That the New Zealand Rugby Union regrets the incident and, in accordance with the recommendation of the referee, is of opinion that no further action is necessary. ”
