OTTAWA, March 31. , A telegraph from St. John, Newbrunswick, says that Duke Charles Philip D’Orleans, nephew of the King of Belgium, has arrived here en route to the ranch of Lord Rodney, for the Saskatchewan, in Alberta. The Duke D’Orleans is going to Alberta with the idea of taking up a ranch. He is desirous of purchasing land near the ranch of the Prince of Wales. —Reuter
