REDS OR RED VICTIMS? SCAPA flow" MYSTERY. BY CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LONDON, March 28. Workmen breaking up a salved German destroyer at Scapa Flow found five bodies of Germans, but it has not been determined whether they are officers or sailors.. This is the first indication that the Germans had any casualties during the scuttling of the surrendered fleet. Conjectures are that the victims had insufficient warning. Another theory is that thev are Reds left to their fate.
