NEW YORE, March 15. The Flag of Judea again sailed the seas for the first time for 3000 years when the steamer President Arthur, of the American-Palestine line began her maiden voyage yesterday, carrying SCO Zionists to the Holy Land. Ten thousand Jew's cheered her departure ou the trip, which is the first step in the linking of Palestine and America by a direct route. The throngs on the decks of the vessel were so dense that her sailing was delayed for ah hoiif bands meanwhile playing Zionist anthems.
