All parties have accepted the mediation Commissioner’s proposals. — Reuter. [One hundred and thirty thousand working men were involved in a lockout in the Swedish engineering industry, which began on March *l6, affecting shipyards, the textile industry, pulp and paper mills, and sawmills. The lockout is a sequel to disputes in several industries.]
