REBATES ON . HOTEL FEES. ENGLISH ASSOCIATION’S DECISION. , PLAYERS PROTEST. ; LONDON, March 25. Latyn tennis players concerned in the association’s recent decision'regarding reduced hotel fees, have replied that Von Draun is responsible to the Swediish and Jacob Fyzee to the Indian associations, to which they have referred the matter. Tliopgh they admit a technical breach of the rules by- the acceptance of the Paris Club’s hospitality, they point out that the system of granting- lawn tennis players hotel rebates has been a feature of the English tournaments for many years. The players protest against making the resolution retrospective, but are willing to pay a proportion of their expenses. The Daily Express declares that members, of the association, themselves have often benefited by rebates.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn. . .....
