FLOODS IN PERU. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LIMA, March IS. Radio advices from Trujillo, the third city in Peru, report that the city has been completely destroyed by inundations following upon torrential rains. The inhabitants are reported to have taken refuge in the neighbouring hills. [Trujillo, founded by Pizarro when Peru was conquered by the Spaniards, is situated on a fertile plain, with a population of .8000.]
