GERMAN BALLOONISTS ARRESTED

Received March 19, 9 a.m. PRAGUE, March 18. A. Czecho-Slovakian military ’plane observing a German balloon over PII- - gave chase. The balloon, owing to a defect, was compelled to descend, when it was found that the occupants included a German major and the editor of a newspaper with photographic apparatus. The Germans were arrested. The newspapers, are excitedly commenting on the incident. —A. and N.Z. Assn.
