Tocker, a bushmari, aged 20, was injured by a faUing tree in the bush near Raetihi. While running towards the tree he slipped and fell, the tree falling on top of him. Luckily he fell in a slight hollow, otherwise death would have been instantaneous. He was removed to the Waimarino Hospital, and is progressing favourably. SUPREME COURT AT CHRISTCHURCH.
