Tihe hearing of charges against 104 additional miners for participating m an illegal strike at Mount Kembla Colliery was adjourned for a. week, pending the hearing of tin* Full Court application. Tihe Full Court granted a rule nisi returnable on Thursday calling upon the Industrial Arbitration Court and the Port. Kembla Collieries, Ltd., to show cause wli.v a writ of prohibition should not be issued in regard to the sentencing of miners.
