Baron Okura,-the veteran business man, has planned a trip to Mongolia early in April, for the purpose of investigating the possibility of further agricultural developments there., A Mongolian prince has offered land, and Okura is supplying the capital. Baron Okura, in view of his advanced age, will be largely attended on the journey by an armed escort provided bv General Chang Tso-Lin, the War Lord of Manchuria, as a safeguard against possible pttack by bandits.
