CONTINUATION OF MEETING. At the meeting of the Hawera County Council, arising out of the report of the foreman, it was decided to take stepsi to raise; the extra 10 per cent, in connection with the Ngawhine R'oad. FINANCIAL POSITION. The county clerk reported that the position was as follows:—Receipts: Rates, etc., collected, £3253 4s 3d; tolls, £l76'l4ts 3d; sundries, £Bl 3s lOd; total, £3511 2s 4d.
