The Dpminion Aleteorologist reports as under: The indications are for northerly winds, strong to gale and backing by west to south. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Heavy rain is to be expected, with rivers flooded. The weather will probably become colder. The barometer has a.'falling.tendency, hut rising soon. Seas very heavy • tides good.
