TAXI AND GIG COLLIDE. PAHIATUA, March 4. . While a Ngawapurua farmer named Donald Mcßae, with a broken ankle, was being conveyed to hospital in a taxi, the latter collided with a gig containing Joseph Rombach/an apiarist of Mangatainoka, and William Cox, of Ruawliata. Rombach was severely cut about the face and suffered from bruises and shock, while Cox escaped. DAMAGES FOR, INJURIES. CHRISTCHURCH, March 4.
