AUSTRALIA ONLY BULWARK FOR WHITES. PROFESSOR, GREGORY’S FORECAST, LONDON, Feb. South America partially provides the possibility of an indefinite increase of whites, hut the hulk of the continent is predominantly coloured, and they will eventually supplant the whites. There are many suitable tracts far white settlement * along the Siberia!! railway, but cheap Mongolian labour is likely at any time to swamp - Europeans. A white settlement in South Africa is even less favourable, owing to the impossibility of competing with black p-rtisans. Consequently whites throughout the world eventually will be unable to continue domination Sir-.
