The council considers that at the end of two years no transfer of papers is required; as a player is free, imt a special meeting will be convened t:n consider the different interpretations of ihe rule. New Zealand's acceptance of the invitation to visit England in the 192627 season was received. SOCCER GAMES. LONDON, Feb. 25. In the Association cup replays Blackpool beat West Ham by three goals to nil, and West Bromwich heat Aston Villa by two goals to one.
