Federation of British Industries has written to Mr (Winston Churchill suggesting that the solution of the problem of inter-Allied indebtedness must be found in the same arrangement by which debtor countries would voluntarily pay annual, installments in accordance with their ability to pay, namely, some plan based on the principles of the Dawes report.—Renter.
