RE-ESTABLTSHMENT OF TRIPLE ALLIANCE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Feb. 24. 12.48 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 23. The Northumberland Miners’ Council at Newcastle passed a resolution unanimously urging on the executive of the Miners’ Federation of Great Britain the absolute necessity for calling international action in regard to the conflict in the mining industry of Britain. It also passed a resolution to be sent to the annual conference of the Federation in favour of steps to re-establish the triple alliance of railway workers, transport workers and mine workers. — Renter.
