WAR ON COMMUNISTS.
BIG RAID BY POLICE. BY CA3LE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT PARIS, Feb. 22. Continuing their war upon Communists, the police, provided with arms, raided Marseilles on a wholesale scale, rounding upfi 5236 men and women jn the streets, hotels and cafes. When their papers were inspected 662 of those arrested were taken to the police Courts, but only thirty-eight were finally sent to prison.
