In the House of Commons Commander Kemvoithy asked whether the proposed Disarmament Conference had been abandoned, or only postponed. Mr. Austen Chamberlain replied that all discussions of the matters arising out of the Gene'va Protocol, which were to have been, considered at Rome, had been, jvostpnned for three months, until Al arch, with a corresponding postponement of all subsequent dates. —Reuter.
