TO BE TIGHTENED UP. <Y CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT, SYDNEY, Feb. 18. The city health authorities intend to stringently tighten the- regulations controlling restaurants and hairdressers’ shops. Among the provisions the use of chipped pottery, glassware arid other utensils that cannot he kept scrupulously clean is forbidden, also the use- of lingers in portioning oat food, the use of a spoon, fork or other form of ladle being insisted upon. Kitchen employees must wear washable clothes. The hairdressers’ regulations are framed on American lines. Any person suffering a skin eruption is baryed from tonsorial attention.
