TARANAKI A. AND P. SOCIETY.

*. JUBILEE SHOW.

Entries for the Taranaki Agricultural Society’s Jubilee Show, which will be held at New Plymouth on March 4 and 5, will close on Friday next, 20th inst., at 9 p.m. The prize schedule submitted for the occasion of the .jubilee is comprehensive, and should have 1 the effect of drawing large entries in all the various classes. People interested in horses, cattle, sheep and pigs of all breeds, purebred or otherwise, should not fail to obtain, a copy'of this schedule. The secretary of the society (Mr W. P. Okey), Box 18, New Plymouth, will be pleased to post copies to any address free upon application. Special .jubilee .gold medals are being offered freely for competition in every section of the show. These medals, apart from their intrinsic value, are to be so designed as to form a handsome memento of the occasion of the society’s jubilee. The prize money throughout has been substantially augmented by donations from various sources. Exhibitors can rely upon every possible assistance being paid to them. This old established society has a reputation for treating exhibitors well, a reputation which the officials intend jealously to guard.
