BOILERS FROM KRUPPS.

TORPEDO BOAT TENDERS. (Sun Special.) LONDON, January 26. 'The Allied Ambassadors’ Counci has warned Germany that disciplinary action would lie taken if Krupps did not immediately withdraw their tender for the supply to the Argentine Government of boilers for torpedo boats, as the tender constitutes a breach of the Versailles Treaty, prohibiting the construction of war material within Germany. It is expected that the German Government’s reply will declare that Germany does not regard the construction cf boilers as contrary to the Treaty.
