(by telegraph—press association.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 11. A tto-night’s meeting ot the management committee of the New Zealand Rugby Union applications for reinstatement from Sydney Blnckie, George Love, James Love, Albert Love, Daniel Love and Daniel Puketapu were granted. An application for reinstatement from G. Gilroy was referred back for further consideration. A letter was received from Mr. H. Frost, (Auckland) stating that the wellknown Auckland footballer, Vic. Bade-le-y, was slowly but surely recovering the full use of his legs and was now able to walk without support. The indications were that in a few months lie would be back to normal.
