Immigration from Mexico dropped by sixty per cent, and from Canada, by more than 38 per cent, with Germany furnishing the greatest number of European immigrants and the Trish Free State second. had doubled and the exodus .of aliens to Southern Europe, Indian and Asia had lieen greater by 32.000 than immigration from those parts.
