The Times’ Teheran correspondent says : The Persian Throne again seems to lie in danger. Sardar Sepah, the leading nobleman outside the Royal familv, after 'pointedly refusing to attend'the Court held by the Crown Prince, delivered an ultimatum to Parliament, wherein he demands that they choose before Thursday between himself and the present Shah. In the former case he demands that they agree to qll he proposes, although the Shah has had no say whatever in the country’s affairs during the past two Parliament, nevertheless, is greatly perturbed. It is anticipated that they will plead that they have no authority to decide such a momentous question, involving fundamental laws and the constitution. Sepah has just returned from a victorious campaign against rebels in the southern districts.
