ZINOYIEFF BUSY. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT, BARIS, Feb. 9. Zinovieff has written to Marcel Cachin, directing the Fiench Communist Party to tester an armed revolt o. the masses in North Africa and announcing the payment of 1.500,000 francs as a subsidy for this purpose. The letter, which tile newspaper Liberte reproduces, is fully marked “very secret.” It is dated December 2, 1924, and is signed by Zinovieff in his capacity as president of the Ikki, which is a section of the Third International dealing with the organisation of a revolution in the colonies.
